Founded in 2006, RSI Title is owned and operated by Cecelia Adams, a settlement attorney with over 20 years of experience in the real estate and legal fields. Our team of experts conducts closings for all types of real estate transactions in Maryland and the District of Columbia. We are backed by two of the nation’s largest title insurers, Fidelity National Title Insurance Company and The Security Title Guarantee Corporation of Baltimore.
